Jonathan H. Rogoff
Jonathan Rogoff, Esq. is an associate in the firm’s employment and commercial litigation departments. Jonathan devotes his practice towards counseling employers regarding employee policies and procedures, termination issues, collection matters, compliance issues, licensing requirements, as well as providing employer litigation defense. In addition, Jonathan’s alarm industry practice focuses on representing clients in collection and defense matters in complex commercial, contract and corporate disputes in State courts, as well as in arbitration.
Jonathan also regularly assists clients with corporate filings, as well as, general litigation research and writing. In addition, Jonathan is an associate in the firm's bankruptcy practice includes assisting Kenneth Kirschenbaum in his duties as a Chapter 7 Bankruptcy Trustee in the Eastern District of New York.
Prior to joining the firm, from 2014 through 2016, Mr. Rogoff was a judicial Intern for the Honorable Anthony Carbone, New Rochelle City Court and a legal intern for ITT Corporation. In addition, Mr. Rogoff was a legal intern at McMillan Constabile, Maker & Perone LLP, a commercial litigation firm in Larchmont, New York.
Mr. Rogoff received his J.D. from Pace University School of Law in 2016. While there, he was a member of the Corporate and Commercial Law Society.
