Before joining Kirschenbaum & Kirschenbaum, P.C., Ms. Gallub has represented corporate and individual clients in complex litigation involving claims of breach of contract, fraud and misrepresentation, breach of fiduciary duty, interference with business relationships, violations of consumer protection statutes and disputes between business owners and partners. Ms. Gallub has represented clients in employment matters including workplace harassment, wrongful termination and discrimination based on race, age, gender, sexual orientation, religion and ethnic origin. Her experience also includes claims involving breaches of employment contracts, violations of Title VII, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and the New York State and City Human Rights laws. In addition, Ms. Gallub has drafted and argued appeals.
Ms. Gallub received her J.D. from Hofstra University School of Law, where she was a member of the Hofstra Labor Law Journal. Ms. Gallub received her B.S. in Economics from Hofstra University where she was Phi Beta Kappa member of Omicron Delta Epsilon, Economincs Honor Society.
