On Tuesday, we provided a link to simple forms and directives for Livings Wills and/or Healthcare Proxies in New York. After several additional requests we have included the link to similar forms in New Jersey provided by the Department of Health. https://www.state.nj.us/health/advancedirective/ad/forums-faqs/#3
If you have a Living Will with a DNR, we recommend you replace with COVID-19 specific instructions related to ventilator usage. For a Will or Will with Trust, I do not recommend DIY. Call if you are looking to update for any reason. Concern, or just having the free time on your hands are both valid reasons. We should all have in place current directives.
