You have a right to camera placement on your yard and a spill-over to parts of your neighbors yard is not unusual or actionable. The Commercial All in One and the Residential All in One, as well as the camera agreements, all warn the end user - subscriber - to use security equipment, such as cameras, legally. Even lawfully placed cameras can be used for illegal purposes and activities.
