I install and repair/ service calls the following below. - security camera - door access - Audio - video - Data networking - WiFi I don't do any alarm systems. Thank you, Monhand ************************** Response ************************** Your website [which I have not shared] has no low voltage offerings on it; looks more like you are a photographer. You need a license to do the work security, access control, audio-video and probably data and wifi work; they may not be the same license. The Kirschenbaum Contracts TM are standardized forms used extensively by the industry. The Residential and Commercial All in One contracts cover installation, service, inspection and monitoring. The systems are broadly defined but include intrusion, access control, cameras, security systems, environmental alert systems, panic, etc. It also covers network administration. It can be used for cabling. It is not suitable for medical alert, which is covered by a separate contract. PERS and DIY is also covered by separate contracts because those services are generally offered to consumers nationwide. The difference between PERS and medical alert is that PERS includes panic and GPS location as well as medical alert. You can use the PERS nationwide agreement with Medical Alert, though licensing is generally not required for medical alert and K&K would modify the Nationwide pers form for you. We have telephone and cellular reseller agreements, but reselling wifi service requires a custom contract. If all you do is home entertainment, and no security, the Audio Video contract form is what you should use. K&K's Contract Administrator Elieen Wagda is available to assist you with your contract needs. She is also K&K's License Coordinator and can assist with license issues; she is reached at 516 747 6700 x 312 or EWagda@Kirschenbaumesq.com *********************** STANDARD FORM AGREEMENTS: To order up to date Standard Form Alarm / Security / Fire and related Agreements click here: www.alarmcontracts.com *************************** CONCIERGE LAWYER SERVICE PROGRAM FOR THE ALARM INDUSTRY - You can check out the program and sign up here: https://www.kirschenbaumesq.com/page/concierge or contact our Program Coordinator Stacy Spector, Esq at 516 747 6700 x 304. *********************** WEBINARS: https://www.kirschenbaumesq.com/page/alarm-webinars *********************** ALARM ARTICLES: You can always read our Articles on our website at www.kirschenbaumesq.com/page/alarm-articles updated daily ******************** Wondering how much your alarm company is worth?
