I have received a few requests for updating Living Wills and/or Healthcare Proxies. Here is a link to very simple forms to print and memorialize directives, that are self-explanatory. If you have a Living Will with a DNR, we recommend you replace with COVID-19 specific instructions related to ventilator usage.
For a Will or Will with Trust, I do not recommend DIY. Call if you are looking to update for any reason. Concern, or just having the free time on your hands are both valid reasons. We should all have in place current directives.
