Any such act constitutes aiding and assisting unlicensed activity under section 489.533, F.S.

Enforcement Action

Response
******************
States are ramping up enforcement efforts regarding license enforcement.  It would be poor business to build a meaningful business only to get fined into bankruptcy and kicked out of the state, or both.  Be diligent and have all the necessary licenses you need to operate in the state where you will be conducting any business with customers.
When you don't have the credentials to get the license be sure to find employees who do have the credentials and are willing to hold the license.  If you are bringing in someone who is not currently or regularly expected to work for you then you need to be sure that the relationship is as required by the AHJ, and real. When you get an outside qualifier you should have a Qualifier Agreement which will specify the respective roles the qualifier and company will play; what is expected and required of each.  K&K License Coordinator Eileen Wagda can assist; her contact info is 516 747 6700 x 312 or EWagda@Kirschenbaumesq.com
