The email invited me to become a Kings lll dealer, which of course isn’t for me, but might be for you. Elevator monitoring isn’t new or novel, and in fact must have been something the alarm industry has been doing for a long time. I know that because a Standard Elevator Monitoring Agreement has been available on the K&K contract order website, www.alarmcontracts.com for a long time. This Elevator Monitoring Agreement covers commercial elevator monitoring, including voice and video. So if you become a Kings lll dealer or use equipment manufactured by others, be sure to get and use the Elevator Monitoring Agreement. Here are parts of the email I received from Kings lll.
