Covid-19 waivers

Would it be a good idea to have all our customer sign a waiver of liability and hold harmless agreement for Covid19 prior to having our techs service any customer at their home or business?
I have been to a few places that have required me to sign a form before I could enter the business and was think if we would need the same for our customers.
We use all your All in One contracts but want to make sure if this would any issues arise.

There have been several updates to the All in One agreements, some directed at the current virus issue. Even with these updates, and certainly if you haven’t updated your contracts [or dealing with existing customers with existing contracts] you should use the waiver that we created and offer with the “Covid-19 Legal Updates". This is the first item offered at www.alarmcontracts.com and the forms are described as “Written Protocols for Restoring staff. Adopting best practices for screening and cleaning. Protecting from liability”. The cost is $250. Get the forms and stop worrying.

Thermal imaging cameras

Careful with these because the manufacturers and distributors are calling them “fever cameras”. As we discussed in the webinar on June 4, 2020 [which should be posted on our website in the webinar sections by now: https://www.kirschenbaumesq.com/page/alarm-webinars
The Commercial All in One has been updated to properly refer to these cameras as “temperature elevation” devices, non-medical, not FDA approved and to be used for triage, not diagnosis, treatment, cure or prevention of any illness.
If you sell these devices update your contract to the Commercial All in One. If you don’t have a contract to update get yourself tested by one of these cameras for brain activity.
