Today we do Oklahoma: Your K&K contracts will need to be updated for Oklahoma only if you modified the contract when we sent it to you. The K&K shortening of the statute of limitation is one year. If you shortened that time period, making it less than a year change is required for consumers and commercial customers. Check the Legal Paragraph in your K&K contracts to make sure the time to bring an action or arbitration is not less than one year.
