contract for environmental and other services

Ken
I purchased the Fire All in One already.
Now I need a security contract and other services.  Are there any special provisions I need if the burglary alarm is also being used to monitor  environmental conditions in addition to security? I have a client with a commercial freezer with probably $100K+ worth of ice cream. There will be several low temperature sensors installed that are connected to the burglary alarm.

The appropriate contract for security is the Commercial All in One.  For residential it's the Residential All in One.  Be sure to get the Disclaimer Notice with it and if an alarm.com dealer the alarm.com Rider.  You will use the Commercial All in One for the environmental and mechanical or equipment monitoring, in your case the freezer; likely a temperature gauge with alarm signal function.
When you say its part of the burglar alarm you mean that the temperature device communicates to the alarm panel which then transmits the signal to the central station, or customer direct if self-monitored. Reminds me of one of my first defense cases where lobster tanks stopped circulating and the lobsters died; no signal went out.
Since just about anything can be monitored the All in One doesn't specify all the options; rather it would be covered under "other" and "other" would be described in as much detail as you want in the Schedule of Equipment and Services [or your proposal if you used one].
The environmental monitoring devices and monitoring services is best covered in the security contract rather than the fire contract unless it falls under the Fire Dept AHJ requirements as part of the fire alarm, in which case it should be included in the plans and specifications for the fire alarm.
While the responsibility and potential liability can be different [monitoring medical equipment, water flow, temperature, electricity, etc] it seems to me the operation or functionality is basically the same: the device gets tripped and sends a signal to the panel [or directly to central station or customer if equipped with communication] and the panel sends the signal out, identifying it as the signal for the device that activated.  The protective provisions and the scope of duty is same as the more common burglar and fire alarm systems.
