If you are asking because you are offering that equipment and service to a residential customer then you need the Residential All in One.  If you are offering the equipment and service to a commercial customer then you need the Commercial All in One.  When using either of these All in One agreements you should also be using the Disclaimer Notice.  Also, if the equipment is alarm.com and you are an alarm.com dealer you should be using the alarm.com Rider.  If cameras are all you do, no exceptions, you could get the Camera Sale Service and Monitoring Agreement.  That contract, as the title suggests, will cover only cameras.
These are standard Kirschenbaum Contracts™, and as they love to say in those obnoxious TV commercials, you can’t get these on amazon and not sold in stores.  The Standard Form Agreements are available at https://www.kirschenbaumesq.com/page/alarm-contract
Why get the All in One?  K&K uses the term “all in one” to mean that the agreement can be used for installation, service, inspection and monitoring; also the all in one agreement will cover all services falling under the umbrella of electronic security systems, security devices [including audio, video, and also any other device you are promoting and selling that purports to be for security measures for person or property] or systems.  The Residential All in One also covers fire detection devices, such as heat, smoke or CO detectors.
The All in One agreements will also cover non-traditional alarm, camera or audio systems, such as gates.  These contracts will cover guard response to alarm signals.  For stationary guards or home inspection service or guard patrol there are separate contracts for these services.
For commercial fire you should use the Fire All in One.
Why should you use the Standard Form Agreements?  Best reason: because if you do then I will know what’s in your contract; your central station will know what’s in your contract; your insurance company will know what’s in your contract; and your potential buyer will know what’s in your contract.  Best of all is that they will accept the Standard Form Agreements because, I humbly submit, they are the gold standard in the industry.
