We now have a strict policy of not ordering material or scheduling a project before getting the signed contract and a deposit. We use DocuSign which has greatly simplified this process. If a customer squawks about the contract, I just blame the lawyers and insurance companies for the added paperwork, sorry Ken 😝

Your policy of requiring a contract before doing any work or ordering any material is the only safe policy.

I have been using the Residential All in One for years with no push back.
On the Commercial Fire All in One the only pushback I get is the 10 year term, so I drop to 5 years (Which match my residential contract terms)
They don't want to sign it? MOVE ON AND SAY GOODBYE!
