It works fine most of the time, with a few minor issues here or there like any software. We have prudently not switched to Managely since it is new and we did not want to Beta Test it. I feel for the client below, but I will tell you Bold Group is good at fixing their issues. It may have rolled out some features too early. Either way, we are waiting for them to iron out the kinks before we move forward. We have used their Sedona Office software for 20 years. Since Bold acquired the Sedona Office from Perennial Software a few years ago, the support has been a disaster. I know a few other Sedona users, and they are all extremely frustrated by the situation. It’s a mess.
