    Many years ago (1990's) I had a potential customer read our K&K agreement and say, are you kidding I'm not signing this; we said OK and walked away; they later signed the agreement with a few changes Ken worked out.  Prior to that and with the exception of one or two times since, we have not had problems getting the agreements signed.  The two times there were issues I had Ken work out an agreeable solution to whatever issue there was.  
    Why hire an attorney to create contracts or better yet, buy proven contracts from an alarm law attorney (K&K) then not want to use them as is?  When I started filing plans at the NYC Dept of Buildings I started a list of objections they found so I wouldn't leave something out next time.   I feel that Ken has been the alarm law guru since the 1970's (when I started) and seeing all aspects and dealing with claims, problems, etc. his contracts are probably the best you can get.  I also keep them updated, never over a year old unless Ken said there were no updates this year.

    I urge you to join the Concierge Program today and encourage  you to take advantage of the program.  There is no reason for you to be guessing or spending your time doing legal research on the Internet when you could be getting answers you can rely on while you're selling or servicing customers and growing your revenue  and business.
