The camera only sees the bottom of a door of the neighbor so we offered to move it down so it sees nothing of the neighbors house. She said the problem is if we come out and move it down that the neighbor will think it was previously looking at his window. Here is a screen shot of the camera. Obviously she does not like her neighbor as the camera is named shitbag side, lol. Any ideas on how to proceed? Jarey ************************** Response ************************** Issue on camera coverage; you offer to move it; subscriber still concerned that it will be some admission of wrongdoing, so hesitant. What should you do? Absolutely nothing. There is nothing to do. You did nothing wrong. I wonder if your subscriber thinks you think you did something wrong because you are offering to re-direct the camera. The camera should not be primarily focused to watch the neighbor's door, any part of the door. However, spill over from otherwise properly placed camera should be permissible. If you want to be at the beck and call of your subscribers, this one in particularly, I suggest you charge appropriately; sometimes that helps a subscriber prioritize issues. Money over nonsense. ******************************** STANDARD FORMS Alarm / Security / Fire and related Agreements. click here: www.alarmcontracts.com *************************** CONCIERGE LAWYER SERVICE PROGRAM FOR THE ALARM INDUSTRY - You can check out the program and sign up here: https://www.kirschenbaumesq.com/page/concierge or contact our Program Coordinator Stacy Spector, Esq at 516 747 6700 x 304. *********************** ALARM ARTICLES: You can always read our Articles on our website at ww.kirschenbaumesq.com/page/alarm-articles updated daily ******************** THE ALARM EXCHANGE - the alarm industries leading classified and business exchange - updated daily ************************* Wondering how much your alarm company is worth?
