I guess the poor product & service complaints were finally heard by EverCommerce. I pray that they bring in a team that can perform at the level that their clients expect. I’m writing today to share the news that Alison Forsythe is no longer with Bold Group and has transitioned out of her role as President of the organization. Customers, in this case, are the alarm dealers. Bold gave a transparent webinar in the K&K 2023 Software Webinar Series during which it was mentioned that Julie was moving on; we all wish her well. While it hasn’t been too long since several articles on this forum complained about Managely, particularly its failed customer service, there haven’t been recent complaints and Bold seems to be taking the complaints very seriously and changing course.
