I suppose it makes a few accurate statements and observations about the alarm industry; seems to make a point of criticizing the RMR model which the alarm industry [like other industries] embraces. I thought of Lee Jones while watching the video wondering what his voice sounds like ……. The alarm industry service a vital role in protecting life, safety and property. I don’t believe law enforcement or fire services would be possible without the aid of electronic alarm systems. Most people with alarms feel comfort knowing the alarm’s been set and will activate in the event of unauthorized entry, fire, water, life safety equipment that needs monitoring and elderly and infirm who need a level of supervision without the cost of 24/7 aids and the video doorman services and surveillance that replaces the need for 24/7 personnel and guards.
