Can we modify this for to add authorization for single charges that arise time to time? Anon *************************** Response *************************** The ACH authorization form is provided with the All in One contract forms. ACH (Automated Clearing House) authorization for a credit card is typically used for recurring charges, such as monthly subscriptions or regular payments. However, it's important to note that the specific terms of the authorization and the agreement between the parties involved will determine the scope of the authorization. If the ACH authorization explicitly includes provisions for other charges that may arise from time to time, such as repair charges, then those charges would be covered under the authorization. It's crucial to carefully review the terms and conditions of the ACH authorization agreement to understand what charges are included and what limitations or conditions may apply. The ACH form provided by K&K with our Standard Contract Forms has been modified to include charges for one time repairs or installations.
