Kirschenbaum & Kirschenbaum, P.C., has represented the alarm industry since 1977, and has litigated more cases for the alarm industry than any other firm in New York, and most likely the country.

Kirschenbaum & Kirschenbaum, P.C. has also represented most of the insurance companies and continues to represent insurance companies that have offered errors and omissions insurance to the alarm industry since the late 1970s, and continues to represent insurers offering such coverage. The successful experience in handling defense claims is impressive and many of the cases are published under our Reported Cases, which highlight cases involving burglar alarms, fire alarms, temperature, water flow, heat as well as guard response and stationary guard services are represented.

The firm has also had extensive experience handling claims between alarm companies for tortious interference of contracts and a wide range of shareholder and corporate disputes. The firm regularly litigates in New York State court and is experienced in Federal Court.  Kenneth Kirschenbaum is often retained as consultant to assist counsel in other states and to monitor litigation in jurisdictions where the firm does not regularly practice.
