Kieran Bastible is Of Counsel to Kirschenbaum & Kirschenbaum, P.C.  His practice focuses on commercial litigation where he represents a broad array of clients, ranging from individuals and professionals to small businesses and large, international companies. Kieran handles all types of civil disputes, including business disputes, breach of contract claims, residential and commercial real estate matters, shareholder and partnership disputes, employment matters, unfair competition, fraud, construction law, business torts and other civil claims.

Kieran focuses closely on his clients' objectives and devises strategies designed to achieve those objectives effectively and efficiently. He is a proven litigator with considerable experience in all phases of litigation, trial and appeal. Notable representations include the successful defense of a $1.1 million claim for defective software and successful prosecution of counterclaims for software licensing fees following a federal jury trial; as well a favorable decision from Suffolk County Supreme Court on the enforceability of a 13 year old multi-million commercial real estate contract.

Kieran graduated magna cum laude from the Syracuse University College of Law. Prior to commencing law school, he was a Connecticut police officer, having graduated first in his class from The Connecticut Policy Academy.
