MAUREEN BEIL, Esq. is a partner in Kirschenbaum & Kirschenbaum, P.C. She specializes in commercial litigation, family law and manages the Collection Department, where she applies practical solutions to client representation, and encourages pragmatic solutions. Ms. Beil obtained a Masters of Law in Family Law/Matrimonial Practice from Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University after obtaining her JD from Fordham University School of Law, and having practiced commercial litigation at White Shoe law firms for multi-national clientele. Ms. Beil's transition to Family Law and Matrimonial representations enable her to approach her practice from a unique perspective, blending her diverse professional experience, personalized approach, and pragmatic life-experience strategy for the benefit of her clients. Ms. Beil regularly addresses equitable distributions, visitation issues, custody and support, property rights, ethical considerations in divorce cases and settlement tactics, process and resolution. Ms. Beil's commercial litigation practice focuses on representing clients in collection and defense matters in the alarm industry. In addition, Ms. Beil works with certain of our healthcare clients on third party payor prepayment and audit defense and regulatory compliance. Ms. Beil also regularly assists clients in Trusts and Estates and Matrimonial Law.

 

Prior to joining Kirschenbaum & Kirschenbaum, P.C., Maureen worked in the commercial litigation department of Lord, Day & Lord, Barrett Smith representing clients in state and federal RICO litigation.

 

Ms. Beil received her J.D. degree from Fordham University School of Law. She also held an internship with Hon. Joseph J. Kunzeman in the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court of New York. Maureen received her Bachelor of Arts from Boston College. Ms. Beil attended the Masters of Law in Family Law/Matrimonial Practice at Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University.
