Jaqueline Montesino

Jaqueline Montesino, is a law clerk at Kirschenbaum & Kirschenbaum, P.C. Ms. Montesino is committed to providing thoughtful, client-focused representation and guidance across a wide range of legal matters.
Prior to joining our firm, Ms. Montesino served as a Special Projects Coordinator with Major League Baseball’s Department of Investigations, where she assisted in investigating potential violations of league rules and policies, including policies relating to performance-enhancing substances and domestic violence. She also reviewed and analyzed Labor Court decisions from the Dominican Republic related to minor and major league player contracts. Prior to that Ms. Montesino served as a Law Clerk for a labor and employment firm where she performed research on an array of employment matters, including ERISA, collective bargaining agreements, and religious accommodations.
Ms. Montesino graduated from St. John’s University School of Law. During her time at St. John’s, Ms. Montesino served as a member of the Dean’s Advisory Council, a Teaching Assistant for Intro to Law, and was an advocate in the Bankruptcy Advocacy Clinic. In the Bankruptcy Clinic, Ms. Montesino developed meaningful attorney-client skills as she assisted low-income New Yorkers in filing Chapter 7 bankruptcies. These experiences have allowed her to develop and strength her analytical skills, and attention to detail to effectively support clients and address complex legal matters diligently and with care.
