Ella Reynolds is the Managing Paralegal of Kirschenbaum & Kirschenbaum, P.C.’s commercial litigation department. Since joining the firm in 1990, Ella has devoted her professional career towards attaining positive results for the firm’s clients. Ella prides herself on managing difficult non-payment situations professionally, and is able to maintain the subscriber relationship in most instances. Ella is a key relationship manager at the firm and handles new client intake for commercial litigation matter as well as law suit resolution. Notably, Ella serves as a key liaison for one of the firm’s largest alarm clients, Slomin’s.

Ella graduated Herricks High School and started her career at Kirschenbaum & Kirschenbaum, P.C. as a legal assistant. While she earned her BA and paralegal certificate at Long Island University at C.W. Post. She worked in the firm’s mortgage foreclosure department, eventually raising to Supervising Paralegal for that department. As the firm wound down its foreclosure department Ella transitioned into the firm’s Alarm/Security Litigation and Collection Department. Her acumen for organization, her commitment to excellence, her easy going yet persistent personality quickly showed her aptitude and she advanced from paralegal, to Supervising Paralegal and then to Managing Paralegal, her present position. Ella adeptly manages the firm’s multistate Collection Department, supervising the administration of a large staff of attorneys and paralegals handling thousands of security/alarm litigation matters in New York and New Jersey. Primarily through Ella’s efforts and talents, and her commitment and loyalty to the firm, the firm is expanding its alarm collection and litigation practice to Florida and Connecticut and expects to add additional jurisdictions.

Ella resides on Long Island with her husband and her two children.
