Where is Dealer agency appointment in contract?

 

My prior article stressed the importance of including an agency appointmentin your monitoring contract. That provision is in paragraph 21 of mystandard Monitoring contract.

Included in paragraph 21 is the following:"... Subscriber appoints Lessor to act as Subscriber's agent with respectto such third parties, except that Lessor shall not obligate Subscriber tomake any payments to such third parties."
