Follow up on privacy policy and website from article on September 9, 2019
I'd like to respond to Sept 9, 2019 Newsletter post on Privacy Policy needs to be on website / CA’s new law. This is an often overlooked fine detail that needs to be addressed on your Website to keep you in compliance and avoid any possible fines.
I'd like to make a special offer to your subscribers. To any of your subscribers that buy your privacy policy, we'll install it for free without any obligation.  This will be limited to the first 50 that reach out to us.
Thank you again for your continued support to our industry nationwide.

Co-Founder, Security Dealer Marketing
Don’t pass up this great offer by David.  I don’t know about you, but making changes to my website is something I can’t do myself.  Let David do it.
And I’ll even do my part, again, because this is an important issue.  You don’t want to get fined for not complying with website requirements.  [most of you are also in violation of American with Disabilities Act requirements, and there are a slew of lawsuits against businesses who are not in compliance.  I haven’t done an article on it because I honestly don’t know what to recommend to get into compliance.  Your website needs to be accessible by people who are blind.  If anyone has a fix let us know].
The Privacy Policy is now on the order form at for $275.  For today only, we will discount the Privacy Policy $75 so you only have to pay $200.  You need to order it today.  Of course you can wait and pay full freight, which I will also appreciate.  In any event, be sure to take David up on this generous offer to install the Privacy Policy for free.

            Re: D&O Questions:
I agree with the synopsis on the need for standard D&O coverage.  That said, generally, within D&O policies there are additional coverage features available that may be what they are making the recommendations based one (ie: Fiduciary coverage for employee retirement programs or crime coverage).  There could also be the need for Employment Practices Liability Coverage (which can be combined with a D&O policy or written on a stand-alone basis).  If you have questions related to any of these coverages, please reach out to me.
