I know K&K provides a separate Credit Card Authorization Form from the contract itself. Would you see an objection if a version of our contracts have the CC info on the contract? (we are trying to minimize contract paperwork) We would after entering the CC info blank out that info on the contract to ensure sensitive info is removed and ensure all the necessary CC Auth language is on the contract. In either case the information needs to be maintained confidential. There are other information on the contract that needs to be confidential so adding the credit card information will not add any additional burden to maintain confidentiality. Keep in mind that you are supposed to have a Red Flag Policy in place and your website is supposed to have a Privacy Policy.
