CAMERA SERVICE AGREEMENT
********************
Ken,
I was on your website [www.alarmcontracts.com] looking for a CCTV Service/Maintenance contract so I can go after RMR on existing CCTV work out there. I didn't see that on your website, only saw the original CCTV sales contract.
Do you have a CCTV maintenance contract? How about a CCTV RMR contract?
Hope all is well...
Paul

Cameras - the design, installation, sale, service and inspection, are all covered services in the All In One agreements - Residential or Commercial.  You don't need to get only the CCTV unless that's all you do.  In your case it's not, so get the updated All in One Agreements.  You are long overdue for an update.

Great response!   I agree LOW attrition without locked in customers equals GREAT CUSTOMER SATISFACTION.  I believe that is especially true on the month to month renewal.   To me this type of evergreen clause should carry the same value as others. This demonstrates an even greater detail to customer service and communication with customers concerning new technology that may benefit them.  These two factors are the greatest way to combat those companies that are seeking to prey on your customers.  Keep in mind that one thing people hate is CHANGE “Don’t give them a reason to”.  Companies that have these types of evergreen clauses should take great pride if they have a low attrition rate.  Their customers show vote of confidence on their customer service every month and not just once a year, or less often.  This demonstrates the type of dedication to customers that will  benefit our industry as a whole.
