They have made it clear to us and we asked the pertinent questions. Currently we are on their sister platform Alarm Biller which is working pretty well minus a few glitches here or there but way better than anything we have used in the past. Although I sympathize with some of the dealers having issues, why would they implement software that has not been tested and put through the ringer by many companies. I specifically told them we do not BETA test. We would need to be paid for that. I even know which modules are not live yet, I guess because I ask questions. I recommend anyone switch software come with a laundry list of questions and references from other users.
