Does Residential All in One cover a sale and installation
We have your Residential All-in-One agreement for our monitoring services including security, automation, and video.  These services include a monthly fee but we also use the schedule for equipment form for a one-time payment for hardware needed for the monitoring system.
The question is – does this provide for a one-time sell without monitoring?  Is there a way to fill it out to accommodate this type of sell?  Is there another document that you have that we would need?
The Residential All in One [and it’s the same for the other All in One agreements] covers sale and installation as well as all of the post-installation services you should be offering, such as monitoring, inspection, repair service and other services.  That’s why the document is called “all in one”.  This residential contract covers security and fire detection equipment and services.
The “all in one” could also be interpreted to mean all the different type of systems the contract will cover.  The Security Commercial All in One covers all security systems and equipment and the coverage can always be expanded in the Schedule of Equipment and Services to include and describe whatever security type equipment you are installing, even if not traditional electronic security, such as driveway gates, pepper spray to bullet proof windows.
The Fire All in One is strictly commercial fire alarms.  The Fire Protection All in One covers fire protection or suppression equipment and services.
These are the most popular form agreements in the industry.  They are available at
