Thanks. While K&K fees sometimes exceed expectation I can confidently say that it’s never K&K’s fault. Having to deal with clients, other parties and particularly other parties’ lawyers, is often challenging and unnecessarily time consuming.
At K&K we are here for you to represent your legal [and sometimes business advice] needs, but we are not lying in wait to bilk our clients with unnecessary work and legal charges.
The sale or purchase of alarm accounts should be a happy time, for both parties. That is almost always the case if the seller hasn’t waited until it’s too late to have an orderly sale, which unfortunately happens too often. There’s a time to sell, and you need to be cognizant of that time. There are so many factors, too many to list in a brief article, but one major is whether you enjoy your business and is it growing. If the answer is yes to both, keep going. If the answer is no to either, time to move is different direction. Sound and sage legal advice is the best place to turn for proper advice. While your trainer, hair stylist, religious leader, friend etc often have good advice, you should be smarter than that.
