In fact the questions that are generally asked within seconds of starting the transaction conversation is: * what’s the RMR and the mix of accounts * what contract forms are used and has seller complied with contract execution requirements Another question has been asked with regularity, “how many techs does seller have and will they stay and work for the buyer?” The form agreement needs to be reviewed by a lawyer, preferably me. ************************** Another comment ************************** Ken You forgot a few items. 16.
