          Contract review is certainly one of the most important considerations in the alarm transaction.  In fact the questions that are generally asked within seconds of starting the transaction conversation is:
  *  what’s the RMR and the mix of accounts
  *  what contract forms are used and has seller complied with contract execution requirements
          Another question has been asked with regularity, “how many techs does seller have and will they stay and work for the buyer?” 
          The form agreement needs to be reviewed by a lawyer, preferably me.

18. Services performed by the seller.
19.  Geographic areas of accounts.
20.  Central Station being used
21.  Private line at Central?
22.  Numbers of Radios and Remote services.
23.  Numbers of Employees and do they have restrictive covenant/employment agreements?

          These too are essential questions and this information will definitely need to be considered, probably even before the comprehensive due diligence process starts.
