Richard Pagnotta, Esq.
RICHARD N. PAGNOTTA, JR, Esq. is an associate attorney of Kirschenbaum and Kirschenbaum, P.C. in the commercial litigation, collections and matrimonial department. Richard prides himself on representing his clients and their interests making sure to fight for what his client wants. He has extensive experience in matrimonial and family law successfully resolving child support, spousal maintenance, and contempt issues, having drafted numerous motions on each issue.
Prior to joining our firm, Richard represented individuals in matrimonial and family court matters where he handled cases from inception through trial. Mr. Pagnotta has experience guiding individuals through the divorce process, helping individuals understand all the twists and turns that come about in a divorce including, child support, spousal maintenance, child custody schedules, division of assets, division of retirement accounts, and contempt.
Richard earned his J.D. from Hofstra University School of Law in 2017 where he served on the school’s Dispute Resolution Society and Sports and Entertainment Society. During law school, Mr. Pagnotta also interned for a prominent Long Island bankruptcy firm and the Nassau County Attorney's Office. Richard received his Bachelor of Science in Legal Environments of Enterprise from St. John's University in 2013. Mr. Pagnotta is license to practice in New York and New Jersey.
