In **959 a special proceeding: (a) to annul a determination of the respondent
Board of Commissioners of the Garden City Park Water District, dated November
23, 1963, declaring invalid a petition nominating the petitioner Daniel H. Cook
as a candidate for the office of Water Commissioner of the said District; and
(b) to direct the said Board to place the name of petitioner, as such candidate,
on the ballot for the election scheduled to be held December 3, 1963, the
petitioner appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated
December 2, 1963, which denied the application and dismissed his petition.
Order affirmed, without costs. No opinion.
