Samuel Atlas is an associate of Kirschenbaum & Kirschenbaum P.C. and is part of the firm’s commercial litigation department. Sam specializes in representing clients in the alarm industry, providing counsel in collection and defense matters. Prior to joining Kirschenbaum & Kirschenbaum Mr. Atlas performed per diem legal work handling motions, conferences, and trials in New York and New Jersey. Sam also gained valuable insight into commercial real estate transactions while working as a broker for the sale of retail, multifamily, and development properties throughout New York City.
Sam earned his J.D. from Hofstra University School of Law in 2013 where he served on the school’s Mediation Clinic. During law school, Mr. Atlas also clerked for the Honorable David I. Shmidt in Supreme Court Kings County and interned for Hepworth, Gershbaum & Roth PLLC in Manhattan. Sam received his Bachelor of Arts in History from Rutgers University in 2010.Mr. Atlas is licensed to practice in New York and New Jersey.
