KENNETH KIRSCHENBAUM, the trustee herein respectfully states:

On August 15, 2002 the Court held a hearing pursuant to Order to Show Cause
dated August 6, 2002 to consider the Trustee's application for an order,
pursuant to 11 U.S.C. Section 363(b) and Bankruptcy Rule 6004(a), authorizing a
sale to Jim Naples & Son, Inc. (the "Purchaser") of the trustee's right, title
and interest in a contract, dated April 5, 2002, entered into between the
debtor and William and Jeannine Barr, for the sum of $15,000.00 subject to any
and all liens, encumbrances, claims or other interests which any third party
may have.  No objections to the sale were filed, the Court granted the
Trustee's application in its entirety and "So Ordered" the calendar on August
15, 2002 at the time of the hearing.

In accordance with the Order granting the trustee's application, the sale took
place on August 19, 2002 at 10:00 a.m. at the offices of KIRSCHENBAUM &
KIRSCHENBAUM, P.C., 200 Garden City Plaza, Garden City, New York.  The
Purchaser tendered the sum of $15,000.00 to the Trustee and the Trustee
tendered a Notice of Sale to the Purchaser evidencing the sale of the interest
in the Barr contract subject to any and all liens, encumbrances, claims or
other interests which any third party may have.

The foregoing is certified to be true under penalty of perjury.
