KENNETH KIRSCHENBAUM, Chapter 7 Bankruptcy Trustee for the above-captioned
estate, hereby sells, assigns and transfers to Jim Naples & Son, Inc. his
right, title and interest in a contract dated April 5, 2002, entered into
between the debtor and William and Jeannine Barr, for the sum of $15,000.00
subject to any and all liens, encumbrances, claims or other interests which any
third party may have

No representations are being made by the trustee regarding the estate's
interest, if any, in said property.

Said sale is without any warranties or representations whatsoever by the
trustee.  The property is being sold as it may exist.
