ORDER COMPELLING DEBTOR TO FILE SCHEDULES AND STATEMENT OF FINANCIAL AFFAIRS, TO APPEAR FOR EXAMINATION AT SECTION 341 MEETING, AND EXTENDING TIME TO FILE COMPLAINT OBJECTING TO DISCHARGE

 

Upon the annexed application of Kenneth Kirschenbaum, by his counsel, Kirschenbaum & Kirschenbaum, P.C., dated November 11, 2003, for an order: (a) pursuant to Bankruptcy Rule 1007 and § 105(a) of the Bankruptcy Code, compelling the debtor to forthwith file all required schedules and a statement of financial affairs; (b) pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 343 and 105(a), compelling the debtor to appear before the trustee and submit to examination under oath at the next scheduled meeting of creditors under Section 341(a) of the Bankruptcy Code and at any adjourned meetings as requested by the trustee; and (c) pursuant to Bankruptcy Rule 4004(b), extending for cause the time in which the trustee and all creditors of the estate may file objections to the debtor’s discharge for a period of 60 days from the date on which the debtor appears for the meeting of creditors, and an affidavit of service having been filed and no objection to the relief sought having been filed, and sufficient cause appearing therefore, it is

ORDERED, that the debtor is compelled to forthwith file all required schedules and a statement of financial affairs as required by Bankruptcy Rule 1007; and it is further


 

ORDERED, that the debtor is compelled to appear before the trustee and submit to examination under oath at the next scheduled meeting of creditors held under Section 341(a) of the Bankruptcy Code, and at any adjourned meeting of creditors as requested by the trustee; and it is further

ORDERED, that the time in which the trustee and all creditors of the estate may file objections to the debtor’s discharge is hereby extended for a period of 60 days from the date on which the debtor appears for examination at the Section 341 meeting of creditors.
