PAUL J. TRAMONTANO

PAUL J. TRAMONTANO  is an associate in the firm's litigation and appellate departments.  He primarily represents the interests of the firm’s individual and corporate clients, as well as insurance companies, in the defense of civil actions, including those sounding in negligence, fraud, negligent/intentional misrepresentation, indemnity, breach of contract, breach of warranty, manufacturer/design defect,
shareholder/partner deadlock, corporate malfeasance, personal injury and legal malpractice.  He also advocates
for clients in matters involving personal injury, intentional torts, property damage, landlord/tenant disputes, bankruptcy, sale of goods and dental malpractice.  

Mr. Tramontano specializes in the area of Lien Law, where his practice includes the representation of the firm's general and sub contractor clients involved in protracted contract disputes
