Rachel Weinrib joined Kirschenbaum and Kirschenbaum as an associate in 2008. Ms. Weinrib graduated from Fordham University School of Law and, while there, participated on the Journal of Corporate and Financial Law.

Ms. Weinrib’s practice involves regulatory compliance for a broad range of health care providers and other health care-related entities and individuals. She regularly advises health care practitioners on the implementation of compliance plans regarding HIPAA, reimbursement, fraud, abuse, and all aspects of their operations. In addition, she devotes a substantial portion of her practice to representing providers in Medicare and other third party payor audit defense.

Ms. Weinrib also works in the firm’s Commercial Litigation department and regularly represents corporations and individuals in matters in all state and local courts.
