The firm's bankruptcy department is headed by Kenneth Kirschenbaum, a bankruptcy trustee for the United States Bankruptcy Court, Eastern District of New York since 1976. Kenneth Kirschenbaum is currently serving on the United States Trustee's Panel of Chapter 7 trustees.   Mr. Kirschenbaum is also a former standing Chapter 13 Trustee for the Eastern District.
