Their system was installed with co2/smoke detector combos, and these expire after 6 years and send codes non-stop. They won’t pay to get them replaced and the employees are instructed to just keep cancelling the alarm. This account is one of those “POS” accounts that I want to abandon. We are using your Commercial Fire All in One contract. What’s the best way to get away from this customer. Thanks. You took over the account figuring you scored a home run, but it’s the company who lost the account whose laughing. I suppose there are several ways to rid yourself of this account.
