Question - electronic contracts
***************************
Ken,
Our alarm company would like to start using an e-signing document program to facilitate signed receipt of our contracts in a more efficient and timely manner.  What program would you recommend for this?
Thank you,

Question - digital contracts
**************************
Ken,
I am considering purchasing your residential All in One contract but I have a couple questions.  I am currently using a contract provided to me by my central station, how does the All in One differ or how would yours benefit my company.
My next question(s) is with regards to digital contracts.  Do digital contracts need to go through a third party company for an electronic signature or is a document emailed back and forth from the customer sufficient?  Also, how would a digital contract deal with the requirement to leave 2 copies of a right of rescission?  Finally, are there any issues when it comes to selling/purchasing digital contracts to/from another dealer?
    Thanks in advance.
RM

The monitoring contract you were given from your central station is not to be used as your monitoring contract - it's for the central station's protection.  Get the All in One contracts that apply to your business, and if you want to go digital consult with Electronic Alarm Contracts: http://www.alarmecontracts.com Curtis Crawford 620-598-2564 alarm@alertalarmco.com

Question on obsolescence provisions
*************************************
Ken
can you tell me if your service contract excludes batteries, outdated
equipment, like 2G radios and also lost key-fobs or remotes. We
also fine  rodents eating wires and water damage some inportant items that
should be  noted on a service contract

The Standard Form Contracts do have an obsolescence provisions, and exclude batteries.  Nothing about  lost fobs.  Do you consider rodent eating ordinary wear and tear?  Only ordinary wear and tear is covered by the service contract provisions.

Comment on workers comp from April 22 2014
*********************************
Ken –
    FYI regarding Workers’ Comp Insurance:
In Colorado, Pinnacol Assurance (a political subdivision of the state) must cover any employer – by state mandate.  Hartford still sells Worker’s Comp here, but it isn’t required to insure all industries.
