Question:  electronic contracts
*************************
Ken,
I haven't seen much in the discussion of electronic contracts.  I have submitted just a few to some new clients using your contract.  The client has printed it, signed it, scanned it and sent it back.  Most of the time when this happens we receive it smaller than the original (probably due to the electronic processing).  Is the size we receive it back at and printed (especially on fax that can't be changed) of any concern.  I feel if we take this to court, the font won't be sufficient.
Also, if they print it, sign it, and scan it back, it becomes fuzzy and not totally clear depending on the customer scanner or fax machine.  Is there a better way for the customer to sign and/or acknowledge it?

There are a number of ways to use electronic contracts.  Emailing the contract to your sub for approval; printing out the contract on line, sign, scan and email to alarm co; using an electronic document company; and now, DIY - as developed by an alarm company owner.  I met Curtis Crawford at an alarm convention and he showed me how he used electronic contracts.  I've been waiting for him to be ready to let everyone else in on the idea.  And, now he's ready to train and assist you to get started.
    The web site is www.alarmEcontracts.com
On the web site you will learn how to turn your paper contracts in to Electronic Forms that your customers can sign, you can email, use on an iPad or Android tablet, and back-up.  All for less than what you pay your printer for 500 contracts.  According to the web site the tools for you to convert your existing alarm contracts into fillable and sign-able electronic forms are now available.  This course is dedicated to helping you save time, money, frustration in your alarm business.
Curtis offers two levels of service:
