First of all, thanks for doing what you do and making yourself accessible to the security community.
I am about to start a 2nd security company that will focus on commercial/industrial surveillance. Our model is that we will be leasing the systems that will be monitored through a 3rd party Central Station. The client will have the ability to view their site through the monitoring
centers VPN or directly from the site. They will pay a fixed monthly expense and it will cover everything.....install, monitoring, and service.
What contract do you recommend?

Unless the contract specifies otherwise, you can cancel by email. Keep in mind that some jurisdictions may require that you notify the AHJ prior to cancellation.

soliciting experience with Telguard

Would you ask your network of folks in the alarm industry to comment on issues we have experienced with the Telguard equipment.
The equipment in question is the Telgaurd Full Data TG7FS(utilized as primary and secondary backup on fire panels).
We have experienced equipment issues on 23 installations now for 6 months.
