          I wanted to reach out to you because we have been having major issues with Managely (software by Bold Group). We have been Bold Group customers since 2018 and upgraded from Alarmbiller to Managely on March 3rd, 2023. In the little over 2 months we have had their service we have had over 65 tickets into support and still have 40 open tickets/issues. This is everything from their system not generating RMR, ACH, and credit card transactions not being processed ($50k worth), unable to reconcile bank accounts, technician app hasn’t worked since day one, etc.
          I’ve complained and complained and complained until I can’t do it anymore. This is seriously affecting business operations and costing me thousands of dollars in labor due to their systems issues. I need to find out what we can do to get this resolved and maybe that’s you calling them.
          Let me know your thoughts and what if any legal recourse we have.

          I haven’t heard anything about Bold, anything negative anyway.  I reached out to Bold by telephone, went through the customer service process and asked to speak to Alison Forsythe, who is listed as an officer of Bold.  She didn’t pick up or return my call, so I emailed her with the above complaint and asked her to get back to me, which she hasn’t.
          So, is this an isolated problem experienced by this one alarm company or is it industry wide for those using Bold’s Managely software?  What about other Bold products? 
          Not being responsive to the issue isn’t a good sign, but I’ll reserve judgment.
          As far as legal consequences and remedy, a review of Bold’s agreement will likely reveal that recourse is slim to none, but again, I haven’t read it so I’ll reserve judgment.  Clearly there appears to be a breach of the agreement by Bold and the Bold Agreement will likely spell out the procedure for lodging complaints.  Ultimately, if Bold beached its agreement you have the right to cancel.  That will entail returning the product and moving on to another product from another manufacturer or developer.
          So anyone have alternatives to Bold’s Managely software?
